Alice Farber will speak about her father's involvement with being one of the FIRST CIVIL RIGHTS LAWYERS in the country, share her father's AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENTS from years 1930- 1990 : Allan Taub, Alice's father, was instrumental as the junior lawyer to the "Scottsboro Boys" case of 1931, the lawyer for the Harlan, Kentucky miners struggles in the 3O's & he single handedly did pro bono work for hundreds of poor people.
