About this event
Join author Amy Cohen as she recounts notable aspects of the Black experience in Philadelphia from the later 1600s to the 1960's and how this history is marked in the contemporary landscape. She will engage the audience in exploring events and historical figures and how they are memorialized in the landscape, monument, mural, or some other means. Amy is a dynamic speaker, educator and author.
